At 1Thirty Holding, he oversees the group’s development and global strategy, focused on expanding the company’s project portfolio and strengthening its international presence across key markets.

Owner and Founder of Asiacolor Kazakhstan, he played a key role in the development of the powder coatings industry in the country. He established and operates Kazakhstan’s first full-cycle powder coatings production facility, now a leading player in the regional market, and continues to advance R&D and coating technologies across 1Thirty Holding’s international platforms.

International entrepreneur and strategic advisor with experience across Central Asia, the Middle East, and the United States. His work includes launching and scaling industrial projects, building cross-border partnerships, and supporting investment initiatives.

Zhandos Temirgali

At 1Thirty Holding, he leads the company’s global strategy and development, driving the expansion of industrial and investment projects across key markets and strengthening the group’s international footprint.

Chairman of the Board at Qemtex Chemical Holding, where he oversees the company’s growth across chemical manufacturing and advanced industrial technologies, with a focus on scaling operations and positioning in global markets.

International executive with experience across both the private and public sectors, including senior leadership roles in investment promotion. Previously, as Chairman of Kazakh Invest, he led efforts that supported the implementation of over 139 investment projects with foreign investors, totaling more than $12.5 billion.

His work focuses on cross-border partnerships, large-scale industrial initiatives, and strengthening economic ties across North America, Europe, and Asia.
